ZSJZ型系列水流指示器：是自动喷水灭火系统中的辅助报警装置。一般安装在系统各分区的配水干管或配水管上，可将水流动的信号转换为电信号，对系统实施监控，报警的作用。该水流指示器是由本体，微动开关，桨板，法兰（或螺纹）三通等组成。当系统某区发生火警，喷头喷水时，该管网中水流动的信号转换为电信号输出，传至模块或控制中心显示火灾位置，实现区域报警。当喷头停止喷水，桨板又自动复位到伺服状态，报警消失。
