三．适用范围Applicable scope
G3A-G9设计用于清扫固定式锅炉、船用锅炉、余热锅炉和油炉的受热管表面的灰渣，安装在其内部温度低于吹灰枪管许用温度的区域。G3A-G9也可用于清扫大型锅炉的低温烟气区域，包括再热器、省煤器、烟气循环和除尘器区域。
多喷嘴组件可用于分道吹灰和整体吹灰，以便更好地清洁锅炉管表面区域。根据吹扫部位烟温具体情况，吹灰枪管采用不同的材料。G3A-G9吹灰器每次吹灰时只需启动一次，吹灰枪管旋转，同时控制阀门开启与关闭。G3A-G9吹灰器可改装成不旋转式吹灰器，用于吹扫某些有特殊要求的固定装置，如风道、引风机和其它特种锅炉
The G3A-G9sootblower is designed to remove ash deposits from tube surfaces in stationary boilers, marine boilers, waste heat boilers and direct-fired oil-heaters, where gas temperature zones inside the boiler permit a fixed cleaning element. The G3A-G9may also be used for cleaning low-temperature gas zones in large boilers, including reheaters, economizers, and gas recirculation and precipitator ducts.
A multi-nozzled element is used in a lane blowing or mass blowing configuration for complete cleaning of the boiler tube surface area. Four element materials are available for different temperature requirements. The G3A-G9 blower requires only one operation to rotate the blowing element and simultaneously open and close the supply valve.
