BRC消费品认证由BRC（英国零售商协会）与RILA（美国零售业领导协会）联合推出，主要针对以欧美市场为主的全球零售供应商。欧美零售商大都采用该标准来衡量其采购的产品是否安全、合法和高质量。

BRC-CP certification is jointly promoted by BRC(British Retail Consortium) and RILA(Retail Industry Leaders Association), specific to global suppliers mainly dominated to Europe and Amercian market. BRC-CP global standard is universally acknowledged by Europe and Amercia retailers for evaluating whether purchased products are safe, legal and high qualified.
